The Trump administration has launched an attack on the judicial system and the rule of law in America. He built on the Biden’s administrations violations of international law and its attacks on the ICJ and ICC.
If elected, I will fight to strengthen the judiciary and hold federal officials and their subordinate accountable for any violation of domestic and international law

Rule of law sounds great! What are your plans regarding the SCOTUS immunity ruling from July 2024?

We need to reform the Supreme Court. Historically, the Supreme Court had a justice for every circuit – though we stopped this practice when we got to 9. There are currently 13 circuits, and I’d be supportive of expanding the Court to 13 justices.
I also am supportive of having term limits for Supreme Court justices, and for instituting a code of conduct that would more clearly define good behavior allowing for an easier impeachment of justices who break the rules.
